The Body Sensing Routine is a unique practice encompassing movement, breathing, and tactile techniques, created by Christian Bakalov for his immersive performative installations. Over the past decade, professionals and volunteers have been entrusted with the transmission of this technique, contributing to the success of Bakalov's installations. This routine serves to awaken the body's sensitivity, infuse it with fresh oxygen, alleviate mental fatigue, and forge a connection between the practitioner and the vivid "theater" of their imagination.

Executed in complete darkness, the routine unfolds in response to the guiding voice of the session conductor, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour based on the daily or weekend program. Throughout these sessions, specially curated music enhances the experience, adding a dimension of sensory engagement to the profound exploration facilitated by the Body Sensing Routine.
